Founded in 2008 by Wayne and Starla Sexton, AFT began as a small carpet cleaning service before expanding into restaurant hood cleaning in 2009. From day one, Wayne and Starla built the business on a strong foundation of integrity, reliability, and genuine care for their customers—without cutting corners.
Today, their focus is where they’re needed most—protecting local businesses, employees, and families through fire suppression systems, fire extinguisher services, and professional hood cleaning. As a family-owned and operated business, AFT is committed to delivering quality work that’s done right the first time and showing up for the communities they serve.

From compliance experts who can juggle fire marshal requirements (and farm animals), to master technicians known for strength, skill, and legendary hair, our crew brings personality and precision to every job. Add in a few specialists who thrive in controlled chaos and a 6'8" technician who doubles as a human step stool, and you’ve got a team that gets the job done right the first time—while keeping things interesting.
Compliance Specialist
Erin Hennig
Erin is in charge of all thing's compliance. She makes sure all fire suppression & hood cleaning reports are uploaded into the various compliance engines the Fire Marshal's require in all the jurisdictions. She's quick to laugh and easy to entertain, give her 12 chickens and 2 goats, and the stories will never stop.
Operations Manager
Lee Sexton
Lee has a Master license in fire suppression & hood cleaning, & fire extinguishers . If you were to ask Lee, his best attributes would be taking the podium at strong man events in Colorado. He enjoys spending time at the gym, long walks with his girl in Cheyenne, and meals from his favorite chef.
Master Technician
Christian Trevino
Christian is a master technician and is putting in the hours for fire suppression & fire extinguisher certifications. If he was asked what his best attribute is, he would say without hesitation his hair. As you can clearly see in the photo, this is a true statement. It's been observed that when he wears a beanie his hair still appears like he's fresh out of the shower ready to go.
Declutter Specialist
Rob Terrell
As a Declutter Specialist with additional training in hood cleaning and fire suppression, Rob's prowess is unmatched and was voted #1 hellcat by his fellow co-workers. As you can see, this is the daily attire Rob wears to the shop. His striking appearance mirrors the work environment he creates.
Technician
Alan Genereux
Alan Genereux is our newest Tech added to the team. He is currently putting in the hours to become certified in hood cleaning, fire suppression, & fire extinguisher services. Alan's a "little fella" with a 6'8" frame, plus or minus the shoes he's wearing for the day. He does not need a step stool for any hood; he's quick to smile, and offer a hug which can be a little awkward. So expect both of those if you see Alan out and about!
